Former US President Jimmy Carter has taken on the Florida Electoral Commission for the upcoming election. Whilst many have dismissed this as partisan politics, Carter has been responsible for overseeing many elections the world over through the Carter Centre. Old news I know, but still worthy of comment, are the methods being employed by the Coalition in this election campaign. They are trying to take on education in their own way, or should I say ways. In complete isolation to Kelly's of the Coalition have decided to launch their own education policies, unbeknown to the poor bastards trying to orchestrate an electoral campaign on the coalition's behalf. Sitting at home watching the tele tonight, the ABC came across a gem from Peter Costello. Mr Costello is the Treasurer for the Australian Government [now disolved for the election, so technically he's the Caretaker Treasurer] and re-running for the Victorian seat of Higgins. Mr Costello was being interviewed on channel 7 for their electoral coverage. Like WTF am I getting SPAM about christ for. I know where the church is, I'll go if I damn well please... Now I thought that the internet was the last refuge for those of use who wish to escape religion.
